PawDrobe runs on pre-orders. You order, we make it, then it ships. This means no warehouse of unsold inventory—every item is made for someone. The trade-off is a production window: your order ships within 2–4 weeks of payment clearing, not next-day. We'll email you a tracking number the moment your order ships.
Free shipping on all orders $50 and over.
Standard shipping is $5.95 flat on orders under $50. No weight surcharges, no handling fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
We ship within the United States only right now. International shipping is planned for a future expansion. If you're outside the US and want to be the first to know, email us at support@pawdrobe.fun with your country.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also check your order status anytime at Track Order. If you haven't received a tracking email within 4 weeks, reach out and we'll investigate.
Check with neighbors and look for carrier delivery photos (USPS and UPS both take them). If it's genuinely missing, email support@pawdrobe.fun within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order number. We'll file a claim and make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and have original tags attached. Because each item is made to order, we ask that you use our sizing guide carefully before ordering—this is the best way to get the right fit the first time.
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item. You'll get a confirmation email once the refund is issued. Credit card processing times vary by bank—most refunds appear within the week.
We offer exchanges for a different size. Email support@pawdrobe.fun with your order number and the size you need. Since we're pre-order, the replacement item will ship within 2–4 weeks of us receiving your return. We'll confirm the correct size before processing.
Email us photos of the defect and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll replace it, no questions asked. A defective item is a production failure and we stand behind what we make 100%.
Items that have been worn, washed, or have tags removed are not eligible for return. We also can't accept returns based on fit issues if the item matches the size you ordered—use our sizing guide with your pet's measurements before ordering. If you suspect a genuine fit/comfort issue (beyond normal stubbornness), contact us with photos and measurements and we'll review it case by case.
Send a message to support@pawdrobe.fun with your order number (format: PD-XXXXXX) and the reason for your return.
We'll reply within 1 business day to confirm your return is eligible and provide a return shipping label.
Pack the item securely with original tags attached and drop it off with the carrier on the label. We cover return shipping for defective items; standard returns are at your cost.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get a confirmation email.
